Professional Background?
I have experience in many roles from admin through to customer service.
Before coming to New Homes Law, I had worked in a law firm in accounts as well as in the construction industry.
With New Homes Law I started working in an administrative role before joining one of the conveyancing teams as an assistant to build on my knowledge of the conveyancing process.
I am now working within our business development team and applying myself to the sales side of the company.

What is your greatest achievement at New Homes Law?
My biggest achievement is becoming a part of, and successfully growing, our sales department. I am proud to say that, along with Charlotte and Zoe, we have made huge progress in improving our initial communications with clients and making sure they have all the information they need to start their conveyancing journey.
